Held to the WOW Standard
Working with NSN Management follows a clear path — a Discovery Call, a 90-day onboarding, then a steady rhythm of support, reporting, and planning. Every step is built on three commitments and held to one standard.
Proactive by design — not “call us when it breaks”
Break-fix support waits for something to go wrong. We would rather know your environment, your people, and your plans well enough to keep most problems from happening — and to be fast and clear when one does.
That is why the relationship starts with listening, moves quickly to stabilizing what is at risk, and settles into a rhythm of regular meetings, reporting, and planning. You get one accountable local partner across your entire stack, and a team that treats your technology as part of your business — not a queue of tickets.

Three commitments, one accountable partner
Everything we do for a client fits under one of three commitments. They are how we organize the work — and how you can judge it.
Protect
Keep the business safe and running.
Layered security, tested backups, and monitoring that catches problems before your team feels them. Protection is the floor everything else stands on.
- Cybersecurity services
- Backup & disaster recovery
- Monitoring, patching, and maintenance
- Microsoft 365 security baselines
Empower
Give your team technology that helps them work.
Practical strategy and the right tools — cloud, phones, Microsoft 365 — chosen for how your business actually runs, with honest guidance about where to invest next.
- Cloud computing services
- Business VoIP phone systems
- Microsoft 365 management
- Strategic planning and roadmap guidance
Support
Be there — fast, local, and clear.
A Tulsa-based team that answers, owns the issue to resolution, coordinates your vendors, and keeps you informed with regular meetings and monthly reporting.
- Help desk for users and devices
- Timely response and resolution
- Vendor coordination and escalation
- Regular meetings and monthly reporting
All three are held to the WOW Standard.
What working with NSN looks like
Five stages, from first conversation to steady state. The first three months follow a 30/60/90 plan; after that, the rhythm is what keeps IT aligned with the business.
- Start here
Stage 1, Start here: Discovery Call
A focused conversation about your environment, your pain points, and where the business is headed. We identify immediate operational and security risks, talk through service fit and priorities, and leave you with clear next steps and timeline options — no obligation.
- Current environment and pain points
- Immediate operational and security risks
- Service fit and priority actions
- Next steps and timeline options
- Days 1–30
Stage 2, Days 1–30: Assess and baseline
Discovery, documentation, and a baseline review of risk and performance. We map your users, devices, network, Microsoft 365 tenant, backups, and vendors — so we know what you have, what is at risk, and what should happen first.
- Environment documentation
- Baseline risk and performance review
- Backup and recovery check
- Vendor and licensing inventory
- Days 31–60
Stage 3, Days 31–60: Stabilize and secure
The largest risks and most disruptive issues get handled first. We stabilize critical problems and roll out standards for endpoints, identity, email, patching, and backup so the environment is steady and the biggest gaps are closed.
- Critical issue stabilization
- Endpoint, identity, and email standards
- Patching and monitoring in place
- Backup and DR standards
- Days 61–90
Stage 4, Days 61–90: Optimize and plan
With the ground steady, we build the optimization plan: priority projects, a quarterly roadmap, and honest guidance about where to invest next — cloud, phones, Microsoft 365, or nothing new at all.
- Optimization plan
- Priority projects
- Quarterly roadmap
- Guidance on where to invest next
- Ongoing
Stage 5, Ongoing: Support, report, and review
Help desk for your people, monitoring and patching in the background, vendor coordination when something needs escalation, monthly service reporting with recommendations, and regular strategic planning sessions that keep IT aligned with the business.
- Help desk for users and devices
- Monitoring, patching, and maintenance
- Vendor coordination and escalation
- Monthly reporting and strategy sessions
What steady state looks like
Once onboarding is done, the work does not stop — it settles into a cadence you can plan around.
Keep things running
- Help desk for users and devices
- Monitoring and alerting for servers and endpoints
- Patching and routine maintenance
- Vendor coordination and escalations
Show the work
- Service reporting — what happened and what we fixed
- Recommendations — what we see coming
- Risk and performance visibility, in plain language
Plan the next step
- Strategic planning session with your leadership
- Roadmap review as the business changes
- Priority projects and budget guidance — no surprises
“Would this customer tell someone about this experience?”
That is the question we ask after every ticket, every project, and every meeting. Our tagline is not a slogan — it is the bar. Service Worth Talking About.
Response you notice
Issues get handled before they stall your team — and you hear from us before you have to ask.
Communication you can count on
Regular meetings, monthly reporting, plain-language recommendations. IT is never a black box.
Truly local, truly accountable
A Tulsa-based team that knows your business and the local community — not a distant call center.
Follow-through
We own an issue to resolution — including when the fix belongs to a vendor — and we close the loop with you.

How we work — questions, answered
How long does onboarding take?
The first 90 days follow a 30/60/90 plan. Days 1–30 cover discovery, documentation, and a baseline risk and performance review. Days 31–60 stabilize critical issues and roll out standards. Days 61–90 deliver the optimization plan, priority projects, and a quarterly roadmap. After that, the relationship settles into ongoing support, monthly reporting, and regular strategy sessions.
Do we have to replace our current vendors?
No. We coordinate with your existing vendors and handle escalations on your behalf, then gradually standardize the environment where it makes sense — on a timeline you agree to.
What is the WOW Standard?
It is the question we ask after every ticket, every project, and every meeting: would this customer tell someone about this experience? It is how we hold ourselves to our tagline — Service Worth Talking About — and it sits on top of our three commitments: Protect, Empower, and Support.
What happens on a Discovery Call?
We review your current IT environment and pain points, identify immediate operational and security risks, discuss service fit and priority actions, and outline clear next steps and timeline options. There is no obligation.
Can you support both remote and in-office teams?
Yes. Our managed IT model supports hybrid, remote, and on-site work across the Tulsa metro.
